One moment it was as dark as night, pitch black in fact and her violet orbs couldn't pick up any trace of silhouette or movement. A part of her was afraid and the rest of her couldn't think out of that fear. Her body did what it thought was right and she began to move about the darkness, calling out to anyone who might be near. It was a futile attempt honestly but she couldn't just do nothing. Her mind was going a mile a minute and one of those thoughts just happen to be death threats to those who placed her here. Time seemed to stop and her aimless walking through the darkness landed her in a position of.. falling. She was at this point scared out of her mind and all she could think to do was close her eyes and so she did...

She didn't know how long she was falling, or how long her mind made her think she was but eventually she opened her eyes only to see that she was on the ground. She could feel a light mist of what she thought was water and her face pressed against the cold hard ground. Quickly rising to her feet she noticed that others were in the same position as she while more still were walking about. To say she was confused would be an understatement because the last thing she remembered was being told that the game would start soon and walking around in darkness for who knows how long. Wanting to speak to someone about what was going on she began wandering around the fountain which she woke up around. One of these people had answers and she was going to find out who.

He had wandered around a fair bit to gather information since he had woken up at the fountain, but he had gotten bored from said travels around town. Instead of keeping still and actually trying to dig deeper for clues, Orland had thought it more fun to look at the scenery, and was more than happy to return to his starting point to enjoy the sound of the water that continuously looped from within to falling into the fountain near the town's main spot.

Watching a girl walk and wander around the fountain, the mage became naturally curious- she was a player, clearly, since her name was showing to him. However, she didn't seem too certain of herself. At least, he had a feeling from studying her face due to enjoying the art of his surroundings that would be the case. Planting a smile on himself, he trotted over cheerily, wanting to see a new side of her already. His voice chipper as a chipmunk, the young man was quick to call out for her. "Is something wrong, young miss?"

She was better than this. There were at least a hundred people around her and she had yet to say anything to anyone. Usually she could walk up to anyone and speak but she could already tell that something was wrong. The people around her, the way they were dressed, the things they held, if she didn't know any better she would think she were at a convention of sorts but she knew that couldn't be it. Her mind was trying to piece together a puzzle with missing pieces and it was annoying the hell out of her. She became so deep in her own thoughts that she almost didn't hear a voice directed to her. Needless to say the voice broke her out of whatever spell she was in and quickly she turned to great who ever it belonged too, even if it did sound far to happy.

" Yes. Yes something is wrong. Where am I? "
A basic question and even though she had a million running through her head that was the only one that surfaced. She was sure she could do better than that but it was probably best to take it slow and digest whatever information this person was about to give her..But before that. " Also my name is Delilah, so you can stop with the " Young Miss ".  " She came off a little more sassy than she meant but she was sure that this person would get the point.

He chuckled a bit as she reacted so bluntly. Bluntness was a good thing, after all, wasn't it? It meant she was being honest, and honesty was a good trait- even if there was a bit of sass included. However, the moment she'd asked where she was, the weirdest feeling in this world happened to the man. He actually wanted to frown- a physical ability he seemed to lack, as even as his lips so tried, he could only turn stoic, not sad. "This place is a city called Roslare. Well, it's not a real city...We're in a game. I'm not sure where you were taken from, but...No matter where your actual body is...You, Delilah, are one of the many of us forced into this place."

Feeling his words troubled him was an unusual feeling for Orland. He returned to smiling, spinning himself around. "As you can probably guess if you've played a game or two in your life, I'm dressed as a mage because I was made a mage. I don't know how they chose our classes, since no one signed up for this. Also, my name is Orland. I...I wonder if I can say I 'emigrated' here? Well, either way, I'm originally from England. Where were you last before awakening here?"

She noticed his slight shift from overly happy to nearly dead inside. Her question seemed to have sparked something in him, and none of it good. Her violet orbs scanned the area around her as he explained exactly where they were. Delilah didn't want to believe it, but how could she not? For now she had to accept this as fact until she could figure things out more in depth. Her gaze focused back onto the male in front of her once his words strayed off on himself. She didn't remember asking for the information he was parting with her but it was probably best to get any information she could come by regarding the situation at hand. He seemed to go back to his happy self once he did that.

" Mage huh, I wonder how many classes this game has and further more how do I find out my own.. " He spoke about his clothing giving away his class and honestly she couldn't tell if he didn't say anything. She hadn't even realized it but she was no longer wearing the clothes that she put on and felt a bit annoyed at this. This game was more than likely based off of an rpg.... Possibly the rpg she was told that she would be playing. A frown formed on her face, she felt duped in a way. "I don't really remember." She lied but giving out too much information about herself could be costly down the line, she didn't know this kid from a hole in the wall. Maybe with time if the two stuck around each other enough but right now he was only a stranger to her, a stranger in a video game that might as well had been real life.

"How long have you been in here?" Another simple question. These would probably be frequent from her end but she was sure he didn't mind, he looked like the type that enjoyed helping people. Pushing a stray strand of her golden locks from her face her arms found themselves crossing over her chest. Since this was a game she was sure she had some information about herself somewhere and for that matter other characters.  " Now where would that kind of information be hmm, in a game like this I should have access to it right? maybe if I just.... "  It was as if the game had been reading her mind because in the seconds those thoughts came to her a screen of sorts popped up in front of her. " Ranger... " The word slipped from her lips like a hushed whisper. Her eyes went from the screen to Orland and she wondered if he could see what she could, or was this exclusive to just her?
